{Jaedyn's Birthday Party}

Well, It wasn't a formal Birthday Party.  After Jaedyns Baptism, we had everyone come to the house for pizza and cupcakes.  Everyone had fun, and the adults all got to chit chat!

Jaedyn turned 8 last Monday, where has the time gone?  She is getting so grown up, even looking grown up.  One great thing about being 8, is you are old enough to be baptized.  Jaedyn has been waiting for this day for a long time.  She has known she wanted to get baptized for years now.  She had her interview with the Bishop, and he told her she could pick everything.  She got to pick the songs we sang and who said the prayers.  She said Mom & Dad could pick who gave the talks.  It was a wonderful day.  She had lots of her friends come out and see her and what a great example she is for her younger brothers. 

{Landon's 6th Birthday Party}

We went really small this year for Landons Party.  We only invited our closest friends and a friend from Landons class.  We went to a pottery place where the kids were able to paint.  They painted a pottery animal, and after it is fired, they will get to keep it.  This definitely kept the kids occupied.  I wouldn't recommend this party for any age under 6 though.

Then after we painted, we opened some birthday presents.  ( we had to kill some time for Richard to run to Publix and get a lighter.  We forgot to bring one, and the studio didn't have one either!)

Time

We have been able to spend a lot of our weekends up at the Lake House.  This makes Adam happy also, that we are using the investment!  We really have been able to enjoy the lake and feel like we are on vacation from the School Year!   Here are our latest shots from this last weekend!

Every now and the I accidentally take a picture and I fall in love with it. I thought I'd share my latest one!

An afternoon at the park...

Last week we had some friends come stay with us for a couple of nights.  The live about 45 minutes away, and don't get to see each other as much as when they lived 2 minutes away.  We took the kids to the park behind our subdivision one afternoon.  The kids had so much fun.  Except the wasp's.  They came out of no where and they were mean!!!  Stung Tanner once and me twice.  It really didn't slow us down much, we kept playing.  Just far away from the wasp's, who disappeared almost as quickly as they appeared!

Tanner is tuckered out, think it is time to go home!
