4th of July - Part 2

Then, we headed back and did some fireworks of our own. We stayed up way too late, but had a lot of fun.

4th of July - Part 1

We had fun, we spent 4th of July with some friends @ their parents house. Had a delicious BBQ and some fireworks for the kids. After this we went to Krispy Kreme and got some DELICIOUS doughnuts where the HOT light was on! YUM

Sunday Pictures

We thought it would be a good idea to try and get some pictures of the kid's in their cute Church clothes.

Ward Primary Activity

Our ward had a "Carnival" activity. The kids had fun! They had Volley ball, ring the 2-liter, bean bag toss, sack race, tug of war, hula hoop, face painting, fill the bucket with water, hot dogs & best of all snow cones. The kids had fun, it was hot out!

Mom - Is it ok?

So, I usually don't post the funny things the kids say. Mostly because I forget them as quickly as they say them. But this time I can't believe she asked me this.

Jaedyn: [watching TV] Mom, is it ok if I fart?
Yvette: [on the computer, not listening] What?
Jaedyn: [smirks] Is it ok if I fart?
Yvette: Yah, it's ok if you fart

Jaedyn on the Pre-K playground

The playground was definitely one of our favorites this year @ Childs Play. Jaedyn was always bummed when it was raining and they couldn't go outside to play!

Landon's Pre-K end of the year party

This was Landon's first year of Pre-K. He LOVED his teacher Ms. Rhonda! I was nervous I would get calls from school telling me to come pick up my crazy kid, but he seemed to act well for Ms. Rhonda this year. They had Pizza, fruit & decorated brownies for the end of the year party - all the kids had so much fun with the brownies. We are excited for school to be out for the summer - get some pool time in!

An afternoon @ The Bounce House

A friend of ours had a B-day party, we love any excuse to go to The Bounce House.

A rainy morning

We had planned on renting a Pontoon boat with Adam's parents, but because of the rainy weather we had to go to plan B. Instead we had breakfast @ Cracker Barrell & drove up to Red Top Mountain state park & walked around the marina.

Slip & Slide Again!

Adam's Dad & Step Mom came for the weekend, after driving to the airport and back we decided to let the kids play on the slip & slide again before going to dinner. This is definitely going to be a regular thing if the kids have their way!

Pre-K Picnic @ BM Park

Child'ss Play ( the Pre-K Jaedyn & Landon both go to ) had their end of the year party for the 4-5 yo's at the BridgeMill Park. Jaedyn had a great teacher this year Ms. Marianella, and learned so much. Becuase of Jaedyn's birthday we will miss the Kindergarten cut off by 2 days, so we will be at Child's Play a 4th year.

We had some neighbor friends over to play on the slip and slide. They had so much fun, it was hard to tear them away to eat dinner!
