Snow Days, Part 4

Finally, the next morning we woke up, and the beautiful snow was still here!  Yippee!  We went sledding, but we live in the South, and don't have sleds.  So we improvised with the dividers to our washer/dryer pedestals.  Very interesting, but they worked great!  This was the kids first time sledding in the snow and they had soo much fun.

Our Snowman is still standing tall, we built him in the shade of our house, so hopefully he will be around a long time!

Snow Days, Part 2

After building the snowman, Dad & Landon decided to have a snow fight.  Not a snowball fight as you can see.

Snow Days, Part 1

We are so excited it snowed here in GA.  The kids and us had so much fun.  First, we had to build a snowman.  It was a little dark out, but we were unsure if the snow would last till morning, so we seized the opportunity. 

Everyone took turns building the snowman.  I know your jealous of our accessories, lol.  Jaedyn had gone inside and put her jammies on, but then wanted a picture with the snowman, so she got some clothes back on just for the picture.  Crazy kid.

The next morning, our snowman is still standing tall!

They are very proud "snowman makers"  :)

Tanner is such a mild tempered baby.  He will literally just hang out just about anywhere.  Unless he is tired or hungry he is easy going.  Here he is just watching TV with Dad.

On Saturday..

We went to The Home Depot workshop again.  We had so much fun, Landon especially liked hammering everything. 

The best....

Is when all three kids are napping.... at the same time! 

Tanner is....

Five Months Old already!!  Time is not my friend.

Tanner is..

* Almost 18 lbs
* Still wearing 3-6 month clothes, but fits some 6-12 month clothes
* Cooing & Talking up a storm
* Smiling at everyone & everything
* Sleeping mostly through the night
* Trying to sit up by himself
* Rolling over some
* Loves when his brother & sister sing to him, or talk to him
* Takes 3-4 naps a day, and usually 2 hours at a time
* Had his first taste of baby food, but is perfectly content only nursing.  (We will start food later)
* Drooling & puts everything in his mouth, but still no sign of teeth  (yippee!)
* Found his feet and loves to pull his socks off
* Still has beautiful blue eyes!!! :)
* Still is the funnest/cutest baby I've ever met.  I LOVE this little man!

My Three Angels

The loves of my life!  I am so lucky to be blessed with three cute kids.  A smile from any one of these kids can turn a bad day good.  As hectic as life might be, I wouldn't change it for anything. 

Jaedyn - 5,      Landon - 3 1/2,      Tanner - 5 months

Our Annapolis Trip - Coming Home

We had a fun trip, but all good things must come to an end.  The kids loved riding the big plane & toting their luggage through the airport.  Tanner was even a good sport for the whole trip home.

Our Annapolis Trip Part 4

Definitely one of the highlights is Adam getting to see his older brother Aaron & his Dad.  Adam doesn't get to see Aaron very often, and probably less often in the future now that he and his wife Tanya are expecting a baby this Summer & will not likely be traveling to the east coast.  It is a bummer that they live so far apart.

Our Annapolis Trip Part 3

We opened Christmas stockings & presents on Christmas.  This was challenging, and not as organized as we do it at home, but the kids had fun.  The kids were still getting the hang of having two dogs in the middle of everything, once G'ma Dorothy took away the dog's bones, things seemed to get a little better.

The kids got lots of cool gifts, and some things they will like later as well.  Like silver, collectible books & monogrammed silverware.   The silver is a new tradition, one that I personally like.  Their Aunt Tanya & Uncle Aaron got it for them.  It's kind of like a savings bond, but with Silver.  Hopefully they will be worth lots of money by the time College rolls around! :)  The book & silverware is an on going tradition & collection from their G'ma & G'pa Elder.

(*** Also, this Saturday is the first Saturday of the month & The Home Depot should be having their Kids Workshop tomorrow. )
