Happy Birthday Landon!!!

Our energetic Landon is 6 years old today.  Time is really flying by!  Landon love dinosaurs, riding his bike and reading.  He is doing so well in school.  If you would have told us at the beginning of the year he would be reading books by himself, we would not have believed you.  He is loving it.  Hard to believe he will be in first grade soon.

{FHE at the Park}

Last week for FHE Adam decided he wanted to go play at the park.  The kids were very excited!  We played and played and played.  They had tire swings, my kids have never been on a tire swing before.  Everyone except Mom had a try.  It was a big hit!  The best thing was the park was not crowded.  We pretty much had the entire park to ourselves.

My friend Jennie had her baby last week.  We got to go to the hospital and see baby Roxie.  I swear, she is one of the prettiest babies I have ever seen!  My kids are in LOVE with her!

Seeing Baby Roxie is definitely getting our family excited to meet our little one!

{Dance Class Pictures}

A few weeks ago Jaedyn had Dance Pictures taken at Dance.  She had the class picture taken in her Hip-Hop outfit, but decided at the last minute to have her solo picture taken in her Ballet Costume. 

I only had a chance to do pictures in her Hip-Hop outfit.  We will have to take some in her cute Ballet costume also!

Jaedyn has been dancing for a studio for almost 2 years now.  They are really nice, and Jaedyn enjoys dancing.  When Jaedyn was out for a few weeks because of her accident, her instructors offered to give her a 1 on 1 class to get her caught up.  She loved the attention, and learning 1 on 1 what she had missed.

{Math Day}

Kindergarten had "Math Day" and Landon had a blast.  He got to go around and do fun things, like paint his hair, nails, computer time, watch a movie.  He loved it! 

{Tellus Museum Field Trip}

Jaedyns class had a field trip, and I was a chaperone.  The Tellus Museum is a Museum of Puppetry Arts.  The kids got to see puppets and a "puppet show".  The kids all had a great time.

This was the play, the kids enjoyed watching it.  The parents thought it was a little silly.  The seats were not very comfortable.

{Easter Egg Hunt}

We had some friends over and had ourselves an Easter Egg Hunt. 

This year we didn't do any other Easter Egg Hunt's and we didn't want the kids to miss out and not get to have one this year, so we had one at our house.  They had so much fun, running around and putting the eggs in the basket.  

Tanner dropped his eggs a few dozen times, but still had a blast.

Before Church on Sunday, we tried to get a few pictures.  It never fails, when one kid is looking super cute, another is blinking/making funny face/not looking... you get what I mean.  We squeezed out a couple of decent shots!

{Easter Sunday}

We had a great Easter.  We talked a lot about our Savior and his sacrifice for us, and why we celebrate Easter. 

And then, we searched the house for the Easter baskets the Easter Bunny left for us.  It really was funny, the kids looked everywhere.  Finally we helped them a little and led them to the laundry room....  They still couldn't find the baskets.  Until sweet Tanner found them!  Next year we might try a trail of jelly beans, or eggs to help them out!

They loved seeing what was inside, and of course, THE CANDY!  We didn't do a lot of candy this year, just a few jelly bean filled eggs, some sand toys, chalk and bubbles.  They loved it.

Our Long-Term Sub is Leaving... :-(

Landon's teacher adopted a baby in November.  We have had the most AWESOME sub.   Landon loves her, I love her.  It will be sad to see her leave.  We are doing a little gift for her, and we took these pictures to go with it.
