Vacation - Day 3

What do you do when you are on vacation at the beach?  Go to the beach... so that's what we did!

Adam had some fun in the water with his brother Thomas.

The kids love playing in the sand.

Later after dinner we went to Candy Kitchen again.  This one has an ice cream bar where you can pick all the toppings you want!

They have tons of toys and fun stuff also.

Then, after we got home, Tanner showed us his new trick....

Standing up by himself in the middle of a room.....  with NO help.  I think it is a matter of days till we have a walker!

Vacation - Day 2

On our second day it was raining when we woke up.  We planned to go to the beach, so we waited for the rain to pass and ran some errands.  The beach was very quiet, most people decided to stay off the beach because of the overcast.  We thought this was perfect.  There was a nice breeze, it wasn't busy, perfect for our first day at the beach.

Tanner LOVED his first time in the water.

Adam did a little body surfing, the waves were perfect for it!

Then we went home for some nap time & the swimming at the pool.

Then after dinner we headed to the boardwalk for some carnival games & kiddie rides!

Thrashers on the boardwalk has the best french fries.  There is always a long line for them!

Then we left the boardwalk and got some freshly made funnel cakes!

Vacation - Day 1

Our first "day" of vacation in Ocean City, we decided to go to the outlet mall.   After the outlet mall we went to have some lunch.

After lunch we went and took our first look at the beach.  The kids are very excited to go swimming in the Ocean.

Of course, we can't walk past a Candy Kitchen with out getting something!  YUMMY!!

Then, we headed home for naptime!   When the kids woke up, we went to the POOL!

Tanner loved watching the kids in the water.  We didn't put Tanner in the pool since we were only there for a few minutes before dinner was ready.

Lake Time

After all the work was finished on the house, we went on the lake for some fun time!
